Return and Exchange Policy
All products are non refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Noonst (excluding sale items/ discounted sets), we offer one-off free exchange service. For hygiene reason, we regret to advise that we do not accept return of all earring products.
We offer a re-sizing service for you if you have a sizing problem with your product. NOONST will replace your returned product with a brand-new product. Please contact our NOONST specialist for more detail.
The shipping cost for Hong Kong customers are HKD 50 for returned products must be paid by you in advance for processing. The shipping cost includes shipping and insurance. For international customers please contact our NOONST specialist to arrange courier service.
You can also choose to return your product in-person to NOONST office prior appointment, by NOONST website, NOONST official social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram), by email at customercare@noonst.com or by phone at +852 3702 3091.

You have to notify us within 7 days from the date of order arrival for processing the exchange of the item. Therefore, you are suggested to contact our Customer Care about your return as soon as received the order.
All returned goods will be inspected upon arrival at our appointed addresses. All items must be returned in resalable condition in original packaging and exchanged only one time per receipt. Returns that are not in original condition, outside of this time frame or unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
Please note that return can only be processed through Noonst. No exchanges are permitted for sale goods and promotional items. We currently do not process exchange for a different product.
