How do I find my ring size?

NOONST has a ring size conversion chart available online to help you determine your ring size. Please click here to view chart. If you are not sure about your size, you may contact NOONST Specialist in live chat box or email us at customercare@noonst.com.

How do you calculate tax?

NOONST does not charge you for tax while your place your order. The tax amount is calculated and charged by your government. NOONST will hold your prepaid tax and pay for you to the government so you can receive your order with no complication. For more tax information, please refer to your government import regulation.

How long will I receive my orders?

Each of our products are hand-made with artisan-crafted sophistication. After the order is placed, it will be sent by parcel within 14 working days.

What if the courier lost my package?

Don’t worry. All products are fully insured. In this case, we will send a replacement to you immediately.

Can you engrave my ring?

Any warranty for NOONST Jewelry?

Yes, all NOONST jewellery products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. General wear and tear, misuse, and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty. Your warranty does not entitle you to replacements of lost items.

Do you have an actual store to visit?

Do you allow refund?
